Autopen 2.0 mobile beta releases are available for iPhone and iPad and Android. Access-controlled desktop betas target Windows 11 and Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 13 or newer. Every client uses the same cloud account and shared meetings, transcripts, notes, folders, vocabulary, preferences, and note styles.
Open the Windows private-test page, sign in with the invited Autopen email through WorkOS, and download the installer directly from the site. The signed-in panel provides the exact SHA-256, byte size, and source commit. The current build is unsigned internal-test software, not a public release or signed release candidate.
Open the Mac private-beta page and sign in with the invited Autopen email. The protected panel serves only the current Apple-silicon DMG and displays its exact SHA-256, byte size, and source commit. Eligible downloads must carry Autopen’s Developer ID signature and an Apple notarization ticket.
Not as an offline transcription product. A temporary encrypted cache can keep permitted, previously synchronized text available, but sign-in, transcription, note generation, and synchronization require internet access. Autopen does not download speech or language models to the device.
The production service captures audio for cloud transcription and treats it as a transient processing artifact—not an audio library. Staged audio is designed for deletion after a terminal transcription attempt, including a failed attempt. Incomplete uploads have a short expiry. Provider deletion controls are configured; backup restore, expiry, and deletion drills remain operating-evidence work.
Autopen does not use customer content to train an Autopen model. AssemblyAI’s account-wide no-training and no-benchmarking opt-out is enabled, with a one-day asynchronous TTL and immediate provider-transcript deletion request after retrieval. OpenAI API data is not used for training by default, and Autopen disables provider response storage and GPT-5.6 prompt caching. OpenAI’s separate default abuse-monitoring retention may still apply until project-level ZDR or MAM is approved and verified. See Security & Trust for the exact boundaries.
The product supports Sign in with Apple, Continue with Google, verified Autopen email and password with reset, and organization SAML/OIDC SSO discovered from a work email. New email/password accounts must enter the six-digit verification code sent to their email address.
When you create an email/password account, Autopen’s WorkOS identity service sends a six-digit verification code. “Forgot Password?” requests a password-reset link without revealing whether an account exists. Autopen does not currently send a separate welcome email or marketing-email sequence. Use the newest code or link, check junk or spam if it does not arrive, and request another if needed. Never send a password, verification code, reset link, or access token to support.
Review and edit the speaker-attributed transcript, rename speakers, verify names and numbers, work with structured notes, regenerate notes in another approved style, organize meetings in folders, search text, export permitted content, and synchronize the workspace across authorized devices.
A note style tells Autopen how to prioritize and structure a meeting record while preserving the transcript’s facts. Choose a professional built-in, write your own, or use Style Studio to draft an editable style from a description or example. Styles are designed to synchronize across Autopen clients.
Managed domains, SSO, directory lifecycle, roles, a separate admin console, session revocation, retention, export, app-lock, offline and participant-notice policy, device inventory, acknowledged cache wipe, aggregate usage, content-free audit, and signed SIEM delivery are implemented for design-partner review. The production data plane is live, but real-tenant acceptance, endpoint validation, operating evidence, contracts, and independent assurance remain required before enterprise customer use. Administrators do not receive an ordinary feature for opening private member notes.
Normal personal meeting deletion is designed to move a meeting to Trash for 14 days, where it can be restored or permanently deleted sooner. A personal account can be deleted from the iOS or Android app under Settings → Account → Delete account. A managed organization may set different Trash, transcript, and notes retention and controls its account lifecycle. See the account-deletion guide for the exact path and current boundaries.
No. Recording, wiretap, biometric, employment, confidentiality, and privacy rules vary by location and context. You are responsible for determining whether you may record and process a meeting, notifying participants, obtaining required consent, and following organization policy. Stop if a participant objects or recording is prohibited.
We will ask for the minimum additional information needed to understand the issue. Please do not send customer content, credentials, or confidential files by email.
