Personal accounts: Autopen for iPhone and Android provides the in-app deletion path below. Use it only after exporting anything you want to keep because account deletion cannot be undone.
Delete a personal account in the Autopen app
- Sign in to the personal Autopen account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- In the Account section, choose Delete account.
- Review the warning, then choose Delete account and all data.
This is an account-deletion action, not a temporary deactivation. It cannot be undone. You do not need to call or email us to delete a personal account when the in-app flow is available.
Delete meeting data without deleting your account
- Open All Transcripts, then open a meeting's actions or press and hold the meeting.
- Choose Move to Trash.
- To erase it immediately, open Trash, press and hold the meeting, and choose Delete Permanently. Otherwise, it remains recoverable for the Trash retention period shown in the app.
Permanently deleting a meeting removes that meeting and its associated transcript and notes from active Autopen systems, subject to the limited retention exceptions described below. You can repeat these steps for any meetings you want removed while keeping your account.
What deletion covers
The personal-account flow is designed to remove the Autopen account, meetings, transcripts, notes, styles, folders, preferences, linked provider identities, and active Autopen sessions. Local account data is removed from the signed-in client as part of the account boundary.
Deletion from active systems does not erase information that must be retained for security, billing, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes. Provider processing and bounded backup expiry may also take additional time. The Privacy Policy describes these limits and the current retention design.
Organization-managed accounts
An account supplied and controlled by an employer or other organization is deprovisioned through that organization's administrator so membership removal, retention, legal holds, and deletion can be applied and audited consistently. The mobile apps identify a managed account in Settings. Contact your organization administrator first. If you cannot identify the administrator, use the help route below and we will direct the request without asking you to email meeting content.
If you cannot access the in-app flow
Email info@quieteyegroup.com from the address associated with the account and state that you cannot reach the deletion control. Do not include meeting audio, transcript text, notes, passwords, codes, or access tokens. We may need to verify account ownership before helping with the request.
